We do not guarantee any profit, return, accuracy, or result.
Past performance and backtest results are not a guarantee of future results. Backtests are only historical simulations — real-market outcomes are usually different and often worse.
Hypothetical or simulated results have significant limitations compared to real trading.
5.AI Features
The AI is automated and may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading.
Do not treat any AI output as advice or fact, and do not trade based on it.
We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on AI output.
6.Third-Party Data & Services
Prices, charts, and data come from third-party sources (such as exchanges). We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness — data may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable.
The Platform may use third-party tools such as AI and push-notification services, over whose performance we have no control.
We are not responsible for any loss caused by third-party data or services.
7.Your Obligations
You agree that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country/region).
The information you enter is accurate and your own.
Securing your account, password, and device is fully your responsibility. All activity on your account is your responsibility.
You will not misuse the Platform — no hacking, reverse-engineering, scraping, accessing others' data, spamming, illegal activity, or harming anyone.
Following all laws in your country (tax, trading rules, reporting) is solely your responsibility.
8.Indemnification
You agree that if any claim, lawsuit, damage, or cost (including legal fees) arises from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law, you will fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRADENIX, its owners, team, and partners.
9.No Warranty — "As Is"
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.
The service may go down, slow, stop, or change at any time without prior notice.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TRADENIX, its owners, team, or partners will not be liable for any damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential (trading loss, money, profit, data, goodwill, time, opportunity, anything).
If we are ever held legally liable, our total liability will be limited to a maximum of INR 100 (or the amount you paid us).
The entire risk of using the Platform is solely yours.
11.Intellectual Property
The TRADENIX name, logo, design, code, and content are our property and protected by law. Copying, modifying, reselling, or distributing them without written permission is prohibited.
12.Termination & Changes
We may suspend or delete any account at any time, without stating a reason and without prior notice — especially for rule violations or misuse.
We may change, pause, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time, without liability.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you agree to them.
13.Severability, Entire Agreement, Force Majeure & Governing Law
Severability: If any clause is held invalid, the remaining Terms stay fully valid.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control (internet/server failure, natural disaster, government action, etc.).
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls solely under the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your data.
1.What Data We Collect
Account info: username, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), full name (if provided).
Your content: trades, notes, strategies, capital, settings, support messages.
To provide the service, run your account, save/sync trades, give support, and send notifications.
To improve and secure the app.
We do not sell your data.
3.Password & Security
Your password is stored in hashed (encrypted) form — even we cannot see it in plain text.
We take reasonable security measures, but no system on the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee against every breach. Keeping your own backup is advisable.
4.Third-Party Services
The Platform may use: market-data providers (for prices/charts), AI providers (for AI insights — relevant trade info may be processed), and push-notification services (browser/OS based). Each has its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.
5.Local Storage
The app may store some data on your device (such as a login token, settings, preferences) so it works correctly. Clearing your browser data may remove it.
6.Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
When an account is deleted, its data is removed (except some backups/legal records).
You can view, edit, or request deletion of your data via Help & Support.
7.Children
The Platform is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
